1. Who you are buying from
polaro is operated by 75Gravity. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is the legal seller for your purchase. Your invoice and receipt are issued by Polar and stay available in the Polar customer portal.
2. What you are buying
polaro is under active development. You are reserving a service window — a start date, an end date, and a number of credits — not a licence to finished software. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a particular feature exists today.
3. Credits
One credit is 1,000 AI tokens, or 1 MB of data held for one month. Credits are valid only inside the window you bought. They do not roll over past your end date, and they are not transferable.
4. If we cannot open your window
If your window has not opened by the start date you chose, write to support@75gravity.com and we will refund that purchase in full. It does not matter how long you waited — if it never opened, you get all of it back.
5. Ending your window early
If you stop using polaro before your end date, unused credits are not refunded. Clause 4 is the exception.
6. Price changes
The prices shown on this site apply to purchases made while they are displayed. We may change prices for future purchases at any time. We will not change the price, the dates, or the credit count of a window you have already paid for.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use polaro to store or process content that is illegal where you are, and do not use it to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
8. Liability
polaro is provided as-is during this early period. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the window in question.
